Have you tried dry skin brushing? You can give yourself a body brush every morning or evening at home. Dry skin brushing is the one of the most efficient ways to take care of your skin plus – it may be the single most important therapy you add to your detox program.

How to body brush
Do it first thing in the morning, when the increased blood flow will help wake you up.
Make upward, sweeping movements starting at your feet and working up to your legs, thighs, buttocks, stomach. Pay attention to the cellulite-prone areas like your thighs. Use gentle strokes on the thighs and stomach area in a circular clock-wise motion.
Then move on to your shoulders, arms and back. Choose a long handle body brush for your back to brush the body without needing to bend or reach. Ideally, the whole process should take two to five minutes. All skin brushing movements should be towards the heart to encourage the return of blood and lymphatic flow.
Don’t be too rough! Overbrushing causes the skin become irritated and create broken capillaries.
For the best results, follow with a warm shower to open pores allowing the toxins to come out and washed away and essential oils to be driven all the way in.
After dry brushing, take a bath or shower to rinse off the dead skin cells that are lying like dust on the top of your skin. And then, try a cellulite body cream in the morning to stimulate fat splitting lipolysis, detoxify, smooth and use a cellulite body gel in the evening to eliminate toxins, firm and smooth skin.
